We provide complimentary FedEx 2-day shipping for all orders, ensuring secure delivery with an adult signature requirement. In the event of any order issues, we will promptly notify you via email.

Please note that we only deliver within the United States and cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Every piece of jewelry undergoes meticulous handmade craftsmanship and rigorous quality control before shipment. We urge you to inspect each package upon arrival. If you suspect any damage to an item, please contact us at info@arkfinejewelry.com immediately upon receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

At this time, we do not facilitate returns or exchanges.

Your satisfaction with our jewelry is paramount to us. Should you have any reservations about a piece, please feel free to reach out to us directly at contact@arkfinejewelry.com. We are delighted to provide additional photos, details, or discuss any piece with you over the phone before making a purchase.

If you obtained an item from an external retailer and wish to initiate a return or exchange, kindly refer to the original retailer's return policy. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items not purchased directly from ARK, ARK Fine Jewelry, or Ark and Arrows, LLC. Our team is readily available to address any inquiries you may have. Repairs

ARK Fine Jewelry proudly provides repair coverage for manufacturing defects for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Our team carefully assesses each case to determine eligibility for coverage. Please ensure proper care and use of your piece to avoid damage not covered under warranty. While normal wear and tear repairs are not included, we offer repair services for a fee.
