Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping
We offer free FedEx 2-day shipping with your order and require an adult signature upon receipt. We will contact you via email if there are issues with your order.
Orders can only be delivered within the United States and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable.
Each piece of our jewelry is handmade and subject to an intensive quality control process before it is sent to you. We encourage you to inspect each package immediately upon receipt. Should you receive an item you believe to be damaged, please contact info@arkfinejewelry.com upon receipt.
Returns and Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
Our number one priority is that you love your new jewelry. If you are unsure about any aspect of a piece, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to contact@arkfinejewelry.com. We are always happy to send additional photos and details or talk through a particular piece over the phone prior to purchasing.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from ARK, ARK Fine Jewelry, Ark and Arrows, LLC. Our team is here to answer any questions you may have. Please email us at contact@arkfinejewelry.com with any questions. If you receive your jewelry and you have an issue with a piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Repairs
We are happy to repair items if they become damaged. Please send us an email at contact@arkfinejewelry.com with photos so we can assess and initiate a repair.
