How Quickly Will My Jewelry Ship?

All jewelry is made to order. Our typical production turnaround is 4-8 weeks.

How Can I Track the status of my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as we ship your order. 

What Shipping Carrier Do You Use?

We offer complimentary FedEx (or UPS) 2 Day Shipping. Orders can only be delivered within the United States and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will contact you for an alternative address. Please note any changes to your shipping address may delay delivery.

Will my items be safe in transit and delivery?

We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. All orders require signature upon delivery. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Each piece of our jewelry is handmade and subject to an intensive quality control process before it is sent to you. We encourage you to inspect each package immediately upon receipt. Should you receive an item you believe to be damaged, please contact info@arkfinejewelry.com

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

Sales tax will be automatically applied to your order based on applicable state and local sales tax laws and shipping destination. The terms contained herein are subject to change as taxation regulations continue to evolve. We monitor state and local tax laws to ensure compliance. Customer shall be responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding payment of all use taxes, duties and other taxes and the declaration of goods in their state or country of residence. Your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it’s specifically exempt from taxation. For any purchase which does not collect sales tax, your state may require you to report such purchase and remit tax on a sales, use or individual income tax return. Forms and corresponding instructions may be found on your state website.

Prices on arkfinejewelry.com are subject to change, and are calculated on a piece-by-piece basis.

 I Am Unsure of My Ring Size, How Do Your Rings Fit?

All of our rings fit true to North American sizing. We recommend having yourself sized in person at a local jewelry store. We do not recommend trying to size your finger from a string or paper from an online template. Note that we do offer quarter sizes and sizes not displayed in our product pages — don’t hesitate to reach out if you do not see your size listed online.

Can a Piece Be Customized?

Yes. Whenever possible we are happy to offer customization. Some examples include engraving, ordering a different color metal (rose or white gold) or changing the length of a chain. Some pieces are more challenging to customize but please reach out with any requests! 

How Do I Care For My ARK Jewelry? 

When not being worn, we recommend jewelry be stored in its pouch.  It does not like bleach, household cleansers, hard surfaces, or rough and tumble activities. Please note that ultrasonic cleaning is too aggressive for most gemstones. We recommend professional cleanings annually.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Since each and every piece of jewelry is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our number one priority is that you love your new jewelry. If you are unsure about any aspect of a piece, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to info@arkfinejewelry. We are always happy to send additional photos and details, or talk through a particular piece over the phone prior to purchasing.  

How can I have an item repaired?

Please contact info@arkfinejewelry.com with the name of your piece and photographs as well as an explanation of the issue. We will contact you once we review your request.
