1. How Quickly Will My Jewelry Ship?

  • All jewelry is made to order, with a typical production turnaround of 6-8 weeks.

2. How Can I Track the Status of My Order?

  • You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as we ship your order.

3. What Shipping Carrier Do You Use?

  • We offer complimentary FedEx (or UPS) 2-Day Shipping, exclusively within the United States. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. If you provided a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will contact you for an alternative address to avoid any delays in delivery.

5. Will My Items Be Safe in Transit and Delivery?

  • We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage during transit. Additionally, all orders require a signature upon delivery. While we take utmost care in packaging and quality control, please inspect each package upon receipt and contact us at info@arkfinejewelry.com if you believe an item is damaged.

6. Will I Be Charged Sales Tax on My Purchase?

  • Sales tax will be automatically applied based on applicable state and local laws. Tax regulations may change, and customers are responsible for compliance with relevant taxation laws and regulations.

8. How Do Your Rings Fit?

  • Our rings fit true to North American sizing standards. We recommend getting sized in person at a local jewelry store for accuracy.

9. Can a Piece Be Customized?

  • Yes, we're happy to offer customization whenever possible, including engraving, metal color changes, or chain length adjustments. Reach out with your requests!

10. How Do I Care for My ARK Jewelry?

  • Store jewelry in its pouch when not worn. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaning, and opt for professional cleanings annually.

11. What Is Your Return Policy?
